I am a Certifed Coaching Professional.
I understand the science and emotion of anxiety. Helping women navigate the intracasies of their purpose, find balance with time and relationship investments, identify stressors, and decrease overwhehlm are just a few of the things I focus on.
Helping you is a calling for me.
I have always been a cool, mature, and professional superwoman, who also happens to love cocktails.
I meditate. I do restorative yoga. I drink a lot of wine. I curse, and at times, I lose my shit. It happens... but always with love, and always working in the light.
Even at a young age, I was known for my patience and collectiveness.
As I grew older, I found these continued to be two of my greatest strengths, and I built upon them. I went to college, earned two Bachelor of Science Degrees
in Psychology and Communications, and began to build a national presence in Corporate America. I maintain this presence today and have found a calling helping women strike a needed balance in their lives. I have a Professional Coaching Certification, am Spirit Junkie and Reike certified, and have more than 25 years experience in critical thinking, stress management, crisis management, and conflict resolution. I am an intuitive listener, with a keen sense for pulling out pieces of a conversation that hold value.
I communicate in a clear, yet kind, and effective manner. I do not soft sell, and
I do not talk in circles. I am often told that I may be the only person on earth
who can deliver the worst of news to someone and receive
a genuine thank you in return.
I find balance in meditation, and communicate with my spirit guide every day.
I do restorative and kudalini yoga. I pay bank for past life readings and put bottles of fresh spring water under the full moon. I drink wine. I love to bake. I love to eat what I bake. I love to drink wine while I eat what I bake.
I have close relationships with those I choose. I have semi-close relationships with those I choose. I have no relationships with those I choose... and, it’s ok. There is value in all three, if you retain them in a way that serves your purpose.
I believe there is nothing more important in life than family, even if it's the one you create. I am in love with my husband, and our two children. I have a network of strong, independent, career-minded, and fabulous women in my village. These relationships keep me sane, grounded, sober, and in harmony with my center.
It is this balance that drives me to help others achieve the same.
